When will my order arive?
We know our furry friends can get impacient at times but we use the most trustworthy suppliers out there which need time, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Most of our products are trackable but not all, if your order does not have this option feel free to contact us for more information.
How long until I receive an answer to my email?
We usually respond within a few hours during the day, if you did not receive an email today, expect a reply the very next day.
I am an international customer and I am not sure how much I’ll be charged for a purchase.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.
I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I
ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact us within two days of
the day the package was received and let us know.
Why don’t I see the email from you?
Sometimes emails end up in spam due to the different security firewalls it needs to go through, make sure to check that folder as well.
